An inch will melt fast, Fran. Down here, we have rain predicted for tomorrow, Saturday and maybe Sunday. I had better keep an eye on the basement, for possible flooding.
I was really optimistic about Spring today. I bought some potting soil and a neat pot that sits over the deck rails.
Down in Keene the snow is mostly gone but at higher elevations it's not.
Well I was gonna grill steaks...work got in the way so bacon and cheesy eggs...
62* but the constant ocean breeze made it feel rather cool...Tub and lineoleum out of the bathroom..A little broom and bagging and it's the highway again...This time we get to break out the saws!!
Mobile home engineers????? Wouldn't you think when they design these things the shower and toilet drains would clear the floor joists???Just hack it out too the width of a toothpick and staple a 2X4 on the other side...How the hell does that pass code????????
Some of you saw Spike on the FB...As i was posting that he tried to jump in my lap...I heard claws losing traction on the floor and he bounced off my leg and bought the floor hard..Wouldn't let his left rear foot touch the floor for a while...All was well when we went out for nature's call....the neighbors ding dang cat was in a big gardenia up front.....Spike hit the end of the flexi leash at 900mph.....bought the ground hard this time and kept the left foot up this time....Watch me buy a trap soon...I'm gonna rehome some kitties...That's waaaaaayyyyyy better than kittie plan B trust that.....

The bears are coming out of hibernation here. The radio is warning people to bring in bird feeders.

Down here I'm not sure if the bears even hibernate...I've seen about 5/6 in the last few months...
Spike ia AOK this morning...I got feral cats sleeping under the trailer...I got one of the neighbor ladies cats jumping in my big boat and sleeping under the cover...never mind it was waxed...never mind the scratches where the cat scrambles getting ahold of the boat after the leap up...then there's black and white kitty who does nothing other than terrorize Spike...I may let her stay...just stay outta my dang boat and she's good...Neighbor lady wanted to know if I was just getting up....Yeah I was but I can't see how that was any of her dang business...doubtful she was scraping linoleum at 2am...People always give me grief about my schedule...Haters I think...
7 billion peeps in the World...70% cannot get online...4G speed is unavailable to 80% of those receiving a signal...I'm in that 80%...Zuckerburg of FB fame has launched a new project to bring internet worldwide and 4G to boot...
Finally it's warm....the wind is kicking though....
