Just checked the weather as i awoke to unexpected heavy rain and very low pressure...The yet un-named Arthur is off the SC/ Georgia line with one lone, rogue band directly over central NC...It's not a hurricane so....CAKE!!
Glad the KF is working Pokey...The alternate corner tuck has always worked for me...There also seems to be a fine line on the wick length...1/4 or just a shade less seems to be where mine runs best..I use the primer power puff in case I was too aggressive and packed wick into a juice channel...Running my V2 w/the svoemesto Nano tank and the chimney sticks up into the drip tip well...Fine as long as the SvoeMesto tip is used...Drilling my brand new orange Rampage tip in an effort to make it work.....the bit grabbed the tip and busted it...Rats!!!!!!!!!!!! Be careful in the storm as I'm sure your area will be effected...
Trust that being .... about my repairs doesn't help my situation...I refuse compromise with the quality of my work....The tub caused complications....the linoleum....the gasket arriving today...on and on...In 04 some Rangers were equipped with a rear aluminum drive shaft...not rare but not common...Mine is the old two piece steel with 4 universal joints and a carrier bearing....Complicated!!! The aluminum one I have tucked into the corner of my shop requires it's own transfer case adapter for the swap...I've looked under every rock on the interweb and no adapter is available...Thinking my quest for perfection makes my life a little too difficult at times...Still with my old shaft out and needing repair the time is nigh for replacement....
