Habitat for Bovinia!

I was at 12mg for a long time Dee, but in the last 4 or 5 months, I've gone back up to 15mg. I was back to almost a pack a day smoking, now I'm back to a half pack or less of RYO a day. It's still a struggle for me even after 3 years vaping, but I wouldn't give it up for anything. Maybe I'll finally kick the stinkies to the curb one day, maybe not...but I'm still better off than I was at 3 pad when I started vaping.

Good Morning ! Just heard about this classic punk it's hilarious thought everybody would get a kick out of it.

On today’s Noon newscast on KTVU, the station claimed it had “just learned the names of the 4 pilots on board” Asiana flight 214 which crashed last Saturday. But the station was given bad information that made it all the way into the newscast. If you read the names it becomes immediately clear this is a joke, which went unnoticed by the newsroom, producers and the anchor.

I had such a great time weekend. We had the High Sierra Regatta and we ended up metaling in 3rd place. Saturday afternoon we had some huge winds, kinda scary and a hell of a ride :)

Bov find one of the smaller credit unions (or several) and go in and tell them your story. Even take paperwork. They are much different than banks and I think you will find one to take you.

GOOOO Spike !!!!!

That is too too funny MK LOL

Morning lovies! Dee, that's great news about Spike!

Moon, too funny!! Wonder if they have as much fun with American names? Naw, I doubt it ;) I'm not supposed to laugh at your pun...are you testing me? I failed

Wharf, that's a good idea about the credit unions, thanks. Congratz on your 3rd place win! I was just thinking about your annual regatta after reading about one here this weekend :)

Satan himself will be looking for a cool place here in New England this week! Heat warnings issued for every day...bleh.

LOL @ Satan's nuggets! Maddie didn't want to go swimming? Wow, did you take that baby's temp? I hear ya on the chores tho, I have a mound of laundry hissing at me in the background. I may have to sneak down to the basement and do some tonight...it pisses Katie off when I use the dryer instead of hanging it out on the line. I need more frugal lessons ;)

Hey Fran, we tried to keep the heat from drifting up to you, but it just wanted to spread the love!

    Gee thanks Bov!!

    From NOAA's weather site

Extreme Heat Building from Midwest to the Northeast with Flash Flooding Possible in Southern High Plains

A large subtropical dome of hot air will expand across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and to the Midwest this week bringing a long duration heat wave to the area. Temperatures will soar through the 90s with heat indices well over 100 degrees. Meanwhile, monsoonal moisture will increase across the southern High Plains with flash flooding possible.

Usually I check the local news site when I log on....Seems anymore all the news is bad.....Depressing.......

Spike is almost his usual self tonight...He's no fan of rice and it probably isn't good for him anyway so I cooked some thighs to give him pre medicine...Now he'd getting a loose stool....He needs to start back on the dog food....

I had 2 Pits for 13/14 years respectively...They lived in a large dog house with a basement for staying cool in the heat. Last winter I donated the house...I finally got around to tearing down the basement walls today...The pen, house and walls are now gone...There is concrete poured where the gate was with their names tattooed on it. I'm gonna move that up to where they're buried. Chopper and B.B. were great dogs...I know they would have loved Spike...

As I suspected I saw where Smoke Tech was making Evod coils....Uhhhhgggggg!!!!!!!!!!! I asked the lady at the B+M if her coils were Kanger and she assured me they were....The box says Kanger connection Evod....I think she lied.......Flooding, 1/2 azz vapor with way more voltage than normal....then the 24 hour life span.....Hope no one throws a rock thru their window with fake Evods duct taped to it....That'll probably make the news.....

Morning Bov. It's hot already here.

You folks up north need to come down to Texas and cool off!!

Our weather forecasters here just call anything less than 100 degrees ... "warm."

Its not "hot" until its at or over 100 degrees.

So apparently we have cooler degrees best I can figure.
