Whew! Just finished hopping around "liking" all the posts since I was last here and had to stop by to say hello!!!

It certainly is cool out there isn't it? Dang. Took Madison to her school yesterday for an orientation and she wanted to swim in the worst way. I told her we would today but that was obviously not happening in this weather. It's supposed to hang around through the weekend here, then the heat returns. The pool will come down soon and we haven't been in it since mid July!!!

Had to buy a new washing machine today as my old one (10 yrs) would not properly spin out. The sale ends today so after pondering and researching online all week, I just had to get it. Will be delivered on Saturday. Yay!!!

(((hugs))) to all!!!

Tracy I bet your washer filter in the drain hose was plugged. Either that or the pump was plugged. It's nice to get a new washer though.

Fran my fan never stops. I got it blowing right on me and when I tried to turn it off I missed the wind. I'll have to be freezing before I turn it off.

TT you may be running the ac in the winter but when Tracy puts the pool away they will be having fun making snowmen, snowball fights, and sledding. Then roasted marshmellows and hot chocolate by the fire. Plus a white Christmas.

I like it cold when I sleep, I run my window fan in the winter here too. I'm also one of those people who can't sleep without the white noise of a regular box type floor fan. My mom was the same, so I was raised that way. If the electricity goes off and my fan stops, it wakes me up. My internal thermometer must be weird because when everyone around me is cold, I'm still sweating like a little piggy

Awe, poor Maddie! I hope she'll still get a little swim time before you take the pool down Tracy. Good for you on the new washer :)

It's cool down South as well.....This time of year anything less than 90* qualifies as cool...

I had @ 300 miles to drive yesterday...My coil was producing a little less than desired so I installed a new one prior to the trip...Fine to start soon turned into 4.7 volts for vaping and leaking madly...Normally I back a new coil to @ 3.8 and procede upwards as it gunks up...never much past 4.3 when it's on its last legs....Seems as every time I leave my stash behind I encounter a vapage failure,,,Forgotten juice....snapped off drip tip....wonky coil....The next coil from the same pack is performing beautifully....

The new to me 93 Ranger is performing as hoped...Spike and I toured the back 40 prior to dark thirty yesterday and the 4X4 option shows little prior use...Today I gotta start prepping my other Ranger for the CraigsList....I'm holding some feet too the fire on that sale...Bet on that....

Well I got my order this morning. I got lots of juice now. The only problem is my ARO Pyrex tank cam with one of the Pyrex windows smashed. I have submitted a ticket to MVs and am waiting on a reply. I sent them a picture of it with the ticket. I am hoping they will rush out a replacement, which will probably have to be red and I'm fine with that. Red ones are all they have left in stock now. Here is the broken window.

Sounds like you got real find there El Dee, on that truck. I do the same thing on the PT coils, starting at 3.8 and progress upward. Every so often I'll turn it up to above 5v take a few vapes then turn it back down. Seems to help the draw and slow the gunking, not sure if it really helps or it's all in my head. ;)

Afternoon all :) Don't know what it got down to last night, but it was good sleeping temp.

First thing I discovered this morning is that my computer crashed overnight. My UPS has given her last volt from the battery packs. Gonna have to order new battery packs for it, computer and accessories are on a cheap surge protecting strip right now. Amazon has the replacement packs at a decent price.

Had to make phone calls for Katie this morning concerning her being the sole beneficiary of a life insurance policy from her sister who passed away a little over a year ago. Found all the info we need, forms to fill out, and Katie will get a nice check in the mail in about a month. This one doesn't have to get lumped into her sister's estate. She's happy :)

Next job tackling the 40 year old metal shed doors. I don't think those doors have ever been taken off their tracks, rusted washers. Doused them down with WD40 and after an hour I was able to get them loose. Scraping, sanding and painting tomorrow.

Dee, glad to hear that the new Ranger stands up to the LD test!

Well here is an update. Within about a half hour I got my ticket answered and a replacement is on the way. :)

Update - So now that I know a new one is coming and I don't have to return this one I washed it out real good to make sure no glass frgments are in it and I sealed the hole with some super glue and clear tape. After drying for a few minutes I filled it up with water and no leaks. :)I wanted to give it an extra rinse after gluing it too. Then I filled it up with watermelon. It vapes like a champ. Big clouds of thick vapor. It's a bit ugly now but seeing as my last CE4 was dying it will do till the replacement gets here. :vapor:
