Heya TT :)

Holy crap on a cracker (you're welcome again Tracy) 40 years of layer on top of layer of paint on these doors! They were hard to get off the tracks too, nylon rollers with bolts from the inside of the track so you can't get a hold on them to get the nuts unscrewed. One roller broken, gonna have to see if I can find a replacement, or stupid glue it back together. This will be more than a one day job, but I will win this battle :p

Happy Fry day!

I could not imagine how one could use this.

I remember when I was a young lad my mom using one of these.

Thank God you don't have to wash like this.

@5card...LOL everyone that I know tells me I am ancient because I refuse to get a smartphone. I think it is the company who sells the devices are smart...not the phone.

LOL, I have a TracPhone from WalMart and it works just fine.

I can talk to people on it!!! I can even text my grandkids every once in a while.

My brother has discovered he hates smart phones. He decided he wanted a phone to do what it was intended.....accept and make calls. LOL what a concept! Right now I do not have a cell. Dh has a apple i phone for work. I may get a cell phone. Right now I have been without one for ....gasp.....8 months. I have survived!

Mine's a tracfone too TT, that's as smart as I need.

Thanks John, at least there's not much I'm too scared to try :)

Sdh, I know you know it's all in the prep work. You've been working on your house so much that you are the expert! Doors are ready for paint. The tracks are cleaned and waiting for me to coat them with WD 40. It puffed up looking like rain, so Katie decided I should button it all up for the day. Wonder how much lead paint I snorted while I sanded

I am far from expert but the local contractors are disappointing. I am going to go nuts when I hire some company to put carpeting in. I am getting the smartstrand by dupont. I am hoping in two weeks to start looking for a reputable dealer.

@bovina. Be careful with lead paint. The less sanding-the better. Lead paint does have a bad rep-because children will eat anything.

I've had a smarter than me phone for about six months...Yesterday I texted a pic of a truck brush guard.....sold it today....so.....yeah it comes in handy....I got it in an OtterBox so pocket carry does it no harm...

Back in my very wild younger days I lived in a single wide trailer down on my Grandpa's farm....The washing machine was in the bathroom...One night I was rolling change in the kitchen as I waited on my clothes to wash..What the proble was I never did figure out but the washer would stack the clothes all on one side as it washed...When the spin cycle started the washer would walk all over the place...This evening it walked on over too the toilet and shattered the tank....I drug the washer to the door and pushed it outside...Making dang double sure it couldn't ever be fixed I emptied a 12 guage into it...I shoulda removed my clothes before I shot it up...Broke to start with and needing a new washer and toilet.....Well....I had to wear those shot up clothes for a while there...

My current washer has a glitch in the lid up or down switch...Adjust all you want it matters NOT!!! Let it fill with the lid shut and it just sits there...One rap on the lid near the switch and it runs through a complete cycle...

Spent the day in the junkyard...I picked some newer power mirrors for the new truck along with a couple of mirror control switches...also grabbed a good selection of headlight and other bulbs...Also scored the upholsetry for the bottom of the driver's seat...Dolling up the old truck for the Craigslist will continue tomorrow...It's gonna rain supposedly...
