Ours wasn't too bad last year. Per FEMA's BW12 writeup, it sounds like it might cut in half since we're at elevation, though if they mess up and score it based on the bottom of the crawlspace the cost would triple.

I had fun when I picked up the certificate Thursday. They had typo'd an extra "0" into the area of the house, and left out the info on the openings in the crawlspace. The PE was a good person, no problem working through things and getting them corrected, but that stuff is important to read.

Yes it is important to read. We had some flooding last summer. Doesn't effect us cause we're at high elevation but a house next to a little brook got serious damage and the owners are walking away. The house is about 12-15 feet over normal brook level. They couldn't afford $3000 for flood insurance.

Afternoon everyone! Busy day doing errands and groceries for myself and Katie. Checked my air filter this morning and it looks brand new...yay!

Mark, you've been missed, glad to see you checking in after being so darn busy :) Good luck on your flood insurance.

Tracy, I'm still using the original i30 head in my i16 tank, I had mine about a week before you got yours. I'm still getting good flavor from it, vaping my Coconut Mint. It's a very clean vaping juice, I usually get about a month on a Fusion with it. My Caramel Coconut I usually get a week on a Fusion, 2 if I'm lucky. I started out the i30 and i16 both with the caramel coconut, but wasn't getting the flavor that I'm used to. The Cocomint rocks in them tho!

I'm lovin' some Innokin myself...Thanks Fran!!!!!!!!!

Bov....The business end of that filter is the bottom...The top will always look new...You gottta take it out to inspect it.

The good karma train gave me a ride over the weekend....Customer brought in a Volvo wagon with a locked up turbo....New one was over a thousand...I was instructed to try and find a used one...Volvo wagons aren't exactly numerous round these parts...While in a rival junkyard I spied one coming in on the forklift...The turbo had a tag from a recent rebuild and was less than a year old...$40 my way....there is plenty of profit margin there for sure...The search for the one piece aluminum drive shaft continues however...I've crawled under way to many junk Rangers in the last few days....I'll continue until I find one...

Dang 41* for the low the last couple of nights....37* around Friday.....It's been in the low 70's most days though....I'm still wearing shorts and praying for an abnormally warm winter....

Yes sir, believe it or not...I knew that ;) But thank you for mentioning it just in case I didn't! Hell, 24 hours ago I didn't even know where it was hiding under my hood! I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but I have determination, the internet, and you guys to point me in the right direction  Damn nice score on that turbo!

Yep Fran, I'm surprised I'm liking the Innokin too, finicky vaper that I am.

Holy cheet!! We're supposed to get down to 30 by Thursday night  Rain, cold front Wed, 33 for the low Wed night...it better not turn into another freak October snow storm!

    Evening everyone :)

Now I really hate to tell you guys but the Et-S Aspire works very very good. You can get a look at it in the Planning section of the Co-Op threads.

I've been vaping on a plastic 510 threaded Aspire for a couple of weeks now. Still on the original head and haven't even needed to rinse it yet. I'm pretty well sold on these things.

I got a glass ET-s today. Also got a BDC Davide. So far, it's pretty impressive.
