Working on older cars and trucks is what I do...The price of newer models??? Dang some of them cost as much as a house...The Ranger for instance had a two piece shaft until 98...4 u-joints and a carrier bearing...98~00 had a one piece steel shaft.....01~12 had a one piece aluminum and that is what I was searching for....Yards these days carry the cars around via front end loaders converted into fork lifts and that equals a bent drive shaft pronto!!! I'm still short a transfer case out put yoke as the aluminum shaft uses a larger one than the rest...They are much more plentiful...Ford after selling the holy hades outta the Ranger dis-continued it in `12...Maybe they have plans that I'm not privvy to....Maybe they're just a bunch of corporate boneheads....Your guess is as good as mine....

Looks as today will have me cleaning my over the summer purchases of used propane tanks and getting a few filled....One thing I don't like is being cold and we have had temps much the same as the Northeast this week....I've had the heat on all week....

Hey there Jerry, I've never known Fran to be mean either!

Katie's Dr attp was good. Her a1c levels have been good enough over the last 2 blood work checks (every 6 months) so her Dr even took her off the Metformin to see if her blood sugar stays normal. That woman is in better shape at 80 than I am at 53 lol!

Still in the upper 40s and windy. Had a pretty good frost last night, so I guess I can have a funeral for my morning glories and moonflowers

I just hope that having an appointment for Friday the 13th turns out ok. Probably a good omen in my case I know many people seem to have bad luck on that day but it seems like I usually inherit all the good luck they missed out on. I'm going to try to get out for more walks and eat a bit healthier and less between now and the appointment I seriously need to drop some pounds and get in better shape.

Hi guys! Hope your having a great fall! It is like winter in Wisconsin. Sorry I am not posting a lot. I don't want to bore you all with my never ending house project. Hopefully, it will be over next week.
I am rebuilding my own coils now....LOL it did take quite a few attempts and cussing.

I hope so as well. I cannot believe how many videos I watched on making coils. I decided not to watch anymore. I would rather have written instructions. I so hate to watch videos. They are extremely boring and mostly 3/4ths of the video is "fluff/filler". I am one who just needs the information. Cussing goes along with building coils. I only do "soft" swearing. My animals are sensitive beasties.
