Thanks for the link Bov...I bookmarked the homepage...Truth is it just made me madder than I already was...Bet your bottom dollar on this...I will research every product made by RJ Reynolds and they will never get another red cent from me...

My earlier information came from Electravape....They pointed the finger directly at RJR and a number of Republican legislatures...Electra stated if it passes they will likely be done....This never appeared on the radar until after the FDA thing....We're under complete Republican control in NC...RJR paid them and the bill will surely pass....Freedom Party my ........they're digging their own grave deeper by the day...I'm done with it and through posting about it...The hammers gonna fall on us and there's nothing I can do...Take it for what it is...

Afternoon all

Today turned into a "take Katie to the local garden center" trip. She bought some pretties to plant in the shadier flower beds, and bought a Lemon Verbena plant for me. I'll put it in a pot, and try to overwinter it indoors when the weather gets cold at the end of summer/fall. One of my favorite herbs, and in Florida it was a perennial bush.

Nah Bov...50 last night...Fresh sheets...Spike and I hibernated...Just gotta change what you can and accept the rest....Tax on e juice I've no problem with...The little addition of "tobacco wholesaler" or however it was worded...I got a problem with that...Finding the legislation is written on behalf of RJR....Whoa Nelly!!!!!!!! The dang house is on fire!!!!!!!!!!!

Got the vanity painted....drawers and doors await painting....Got the trees up that I cut earlier...One tree remains standing...Managed to get the tractor double dang stuck and dang near flipped over...Tomorrow is the day for the bathtub fiasco to be resolved....The tub was supposed to be 54' and was in the back...53 1/8 at the front was a no go and the tub cracked when I tried to pull it up to the wall...The seller is trying to lay it on the supplier...Tomorrow the supplier is back off vacation and the seller will be informed to settle however he damn well pleases as I will be driving an additional 250 and returning the tub...I paid dearly for that extra 7/8 an inch and full well expect it to be correct...The matching surround is 400...and still in the store...They will rectify this situation or else the horns will pop up....count on that....I got a lot of built up aggression....

Fran I don't know what your high was today, but here it was the kind of day I love the most. Right at 70 for a high, upper 40's for the low...me favorite temp spread! Not the greatest for gardening tho, since most of the plants I enjoy like it above 60 at night.

Good luck getting the tub situation resolved Dee. Or maybe I should be wishing luck to the seller, he's the one who'll need it if he doesn't treat you fair!

Lots done today. Septic has been pumped and the small distribution box has been dug up. Lattice is done on the back where I needed it and partway down the side. Hubby got a load of loam too and I got one flower bed done.

Hey everyone!

I couldn't have asked for a better day for my dd's graduation yesterday. The day was filled with happy tears, smiles, pride and contentment. SHE DID IT!!!!

Next up is dd #2. Hers is in about 3 weeks from high school. I will be having a combo grad party/picnic for them at the end of June.

I've been offered a PT position mixing juice!!!! :O Not sure of many details yet, but I just received an email asking if I am interested and if so what my availability would be. Bov, I wish a B&M would open up near you.....our time vaping qualifies us for plenty. In this case we never hear "over qualified"!!! The lab that they mix at is about 30-40 mins from me, where the B&M is 5-10 mins. Anyways, I will keep you all posted on that.

Fran you've been busy today already girl! Glad your septic is all sorted out, and the flower beds will give you alot of enjoyment!

Despite widespread opposition the e-cig bill is off and running through the NC Legislature...They care not about fact nor the will of the people....Corporation Controled....Sad but true...I'll do one of two things....simply hang up my vaping boots or rent a mailbox in Virginia....Should you get your supplies from RTS...well....Good luck...Hoping the rest of you don't come under draconian rule...

The tub situation has been rectified...Hoping the new tub measures correctly or I'll be demanding a full refund...Still gotta go and get the tub and make an exchange...Looking forward to better days in the future...

Dee, this absolutely infuriates me! And quite honestly I'm a bit surprised since it's been mostly republicans who have been vape friendly. But I guess when BT is backing it, it becomes "non partisan" Looking it up and trying to read thru it now.
