Lol!!! Years ago we moved my ex MIL up from Fla. It was October, and we left here wearing long sleeves and jeans....got off the plane and went straight to the bathroom to change into shorts. When we got to MIL's house everyone around there was wearing turtle necks, and said they were having a "cold snap". About killed me!!! (it was freakin' hot!)

I don't even put long sleeves on unless it's below 40, and then it's only if I go outside! MIL keeps this house hot as hell. I have my bedroom windows open in the dead of winter just to let the heat out
I run in tshirt and jeans 24/7 365 even when I lived in MT. Cold is refreshing. Heat makes you all sweaty and sluggish. So that's why you need to be good while your on this earth because it gets pretty hot down below.
Heck Bov I'll have my bedroom window open for the next 3 nights at least. Under 30..I shut it.
Got my replacement SSD today so I guess I'll be working on PCs tomorrow. The guy I got it from was cool. I broke the first one and told him and even though it didn't have a warranty he replaced it anyway. Nice guy huh?
Hiya Fran. Very nice this time of year. The weather is similar to NH summers now. Nice and comfortable.
I just remembered that I never reported back on my search for a laptop. I posted that I was looking for one on my FB page and a dear friend that I met here on ECF sent me her old on that isn't working. Hubby is working on figuring out if it's the graphics chip, which means anew MB for it. Thank you GoodDog!!
What I didn't expect was that I got a 15.5" Gateway MX6030, already beefed up to 2gig memory and working. It arrived with a Happy Birthday card from a very unexpected person...my ex husband! What a wonderful thing for him to do

That's why it's the retirement place for many. I got friends that are snowbirds, that's what they call people that do that, and they live there in the winter then the rest of the yr. they have an RV place at Glacier MT. where they live the rest of the yr.
