Oh and I don't use the caramel capp. No sense since I can't taste the caramel. I use the plain Capp.

Let me know what you come up with...the Caramel Capp has a sweetness to it that I could live without sometimes but it adds an amazing TH that I can't quite duplicate. A good solid coffee with a dollop half and half would be awesome....

1 ml. White Chocolate
1 ml. Cookie
My changes, I've found that the cookie overwhelms everything else as it steeps longer so I cut way back on it. This has become my all day, every day vape.

2ml NF caramel cream
.5ml white chocolate
.75ml condensed milk
about 5 drops cookie

I agree with you on the cookie...it strengthens over time. And it seems to have a...bitterness (for lack of a better description) to it.
I am not so sure about the condensed milk. Me and Condensed milk had a bad run-in one time
It sounds good, Bov. I've got to go shopping soon...I have such a hodge podge of flavorings but never the ones I need when I want to try a new recipe.

The condensed milk is questionable for a lot of people since it does contain diacetyl. For the flavor, it's spot on tho, and I could eat a can of condensed milk with a spoon

To be honest, it's not the diacetyl part.
It's the condensed milk part.
