5c, that is one fugly picture! Where do they find these people that will actually pose for them? Yep you do know the picture I am talking about. For months another member thought that was the real you LOL!

I felt bad about that. People will do anything for their 15 min. of fame. Even post their insanely ugly bodies on the web. I won't post my picture for that reason.

There is nothing wrong with posting your picture. Just have some decency IMO. There is no amount of money in the world that is going to tempt me to show off my flab.

It's okay going in but that's where it ends. M y stomach works so slow that they tried that test where you drink that stuff and they xray you. Well they said your stomach is supposed to empty in 40 min. 5 hrs. later they said mine hadn't even started to empty and recommended a pace maker to open it up once in awhile.

On the SEE Food diet, you see food, you eat it.

Oh geez! Did you really have to bump the pic, Sd? lol

I need to be on that diet. Eating and me get along too good lol

I'm really trying hard to lose some weight.

I've been eating at least two of those Weight Watchers Smart Choice meals (average 400 calories) twice a day.

Their really not too awfully bad and are probably loaded with some kind of a thing that makes you feel full. My heart doc told me to lose weight .... or else. And by or else, he meant putting me in the hospital for a lap band which I won't do.

I know too many old people who those things have killed off.

Hummm .... maybe that's what he has in mind because I stealth vape in the examination room when he's not in there.

Oh man, that does not sound good at all. Yep, I am already on the see food diet. I suppose that your stomach feels full most of the time because basically it is?

I just need to get back on track from the holidays but, I also need to take off some weight. That GI Diet is the easiest one for me to lose weight on and stick to. You have to eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks each day so I never feel deprived. It has a list of foods judged by the glycemic index and listed under green light = eat all you want, yellow light= use caution, red light seldom to never eat. Very easy to follow and I feel good when I stick to it. Good to keep blood sugar stable too.
