OH! If you only knew how hungry I am right now lol My oldest sister is out of town for the week so I am pulling extra duty with my mom. Plus my sisters dog is sick so I had to take him to vet two days in a row. If I were not so tired, I would be making pancakes right now!

Yep, I bet the health food store is high. I get all of my supplements from Swansons and have for about 10 years now. Awesome quality and their prices can't be beat. Plus, it is shipped right to my door.

Hey guys! I have been busy stupidvising the hubs lay some more click lock. I am also researching Lopressor (beta blocker) and its effects of acid reflux. Yeah, dh takes a pill for high blood pressure and ends up with another problem. I feel so bad for him. I am off to the store tomorrow (weather permitting) to buy a pulse oximeter machine. I want to monitor his o2 saturation rates.

Yeah, sometimes I have some low cal yogurt in between meals or some fruit or a handful of nuts.

I agree about the eating five times a day.
