Here's my math. I'm coming off a 1 pad habit (sometimes more, sometimes less).
Typically, a 10ml bottle of juice will last me 5-6 days. That's 1.8ml-2ml per day.
I don't use any fancy equipment. I use a vision spinner & two types of clearomizers, a 1.8ml EVOD and 2.6ml T3.
I fill the EVOD in the morning and it lasts me the day.
I fill the T3 in the morning and it lasts me 2 days.

So, according to my vaping habits, 1.8ml-2ml is equivalent to 1 pack of analogs. And that's how I go about explaining it to people - a 10ml bottle lasts me almost a week and instead of spending $6/day on analogs I'm spending $6/week on juice. Then I throw in a "your mileage may vary" quote to the end and say that "your results may be more or less depending on your habits".

Now, we all know there are many variables, but the people I talk to seem to like this straight and simple answer. For me it's the best way to explain it and people "get it", so to speak.

I felt like the most naïve dunce on the planet after I purchased my first starter kit (Blu). I had read the (blatantly false) claims online, and rushed right out to Walgreens to buy them. Long story short, I ditched them at roughly the speed of light, and started looking for better alternatives. I tried different cigalikes from a few different vendors, which were better, although not by much. The lone exception were the ones I bought from V4L. They were pretty good. Nothing beats a good eGo setup, though.

I was getting good results on the ProSmoke cartridge with 5 or 6 drops. Does that help? I don't know about ml.

    That's typical for a cartridge, a 35mm carto holds 4 times as much (20 drops) 20 drops = 1ml. 3ml of juice/day seems pretty typical, which would equal 3 cartos/day.
Using a carto tank, I get about a month out of a carto. Compare that to 90 cartos/month using disposables.

Thanks SnowDog. I'll try and get more info sometime tonight. I'm very curious now.

Check the Smokeless Image website. Open up the page for their blank cartomizers. They offer 35mm cartos and a larger size as well. They state that the 35mm holds 1ml and the larger size holds 1.4ml of liquid.

I did some quick research on the NJoy and Blu websites. I couldn't find on either site any indiciation of how much juice is in their cartridges.
    - NJoy states that 5 Cartridge Refills equals about a carton of cigarettes. So that's 2 packs per cartridge. As stated in the op, I also think they lie.
    - Blu rates them in number of puffs. From 250, 320 & 400 puffs depending on the model and also depending on the user, as they state.
    From the blu website:
"The new blu Starter pack, blu Original, and blu Premium cartridges supply approximately 250+ puffs depending on the user. This is approximately 1 pack of traditional cigarettes.
blu Premium100 cartridges supply approximately 320+ puffs depending on the user.
blu Disposables supply approximately 400+ puffs.
These are merely guides and actual results may vary for each individual depending on how the product is used."

So, what's a puff? How does one measure a puff? Is there some standard puff unit of measure I don't know about? :p
I know some people with pretty big mouths who take some pretty big puffs
