I am still confused about how many cigarettes = a cartridge.

I would say about 5 cigs per cart (puff wise) with a 901. But I get way more buzz from 18mg liquid than any analog.

The US web sites all state that a 5 pack of cartridges is equal to about 1 carton of cigarettes.

And no, not all US supplier's sites state that. Only the sleazy ones! Have you looked at some of the supplier sites listed here?

I use esy dose pill pouch's from the drugstore for my carts it holds 3 801 carts and has a ziplock

and my janty case for my kissbox and soon the janty stick

I drip my own carts now because I found the pre-filled so lacking. As I understand it, the mg of nicotine is per ml of liquid. So if you are using say a 36 mg juice, you get 36 mg of nicotine per ml. If there are 20 drop per ml and each cart hold 5 drops, then you are taking in 36 mg of nicotine per 4 carts. I'm not sure about all this math, but from all the posts that I have read, this is the best I can make of it.
