I was wondering about that. At BWB, they offer 6mg so I got those. It's a little confusing, because when I smoke, it's American Spirit -- the full-nicotine ones. I don't mess around. But, I thought that since I don't really seem to have a strong nicotine dependence, there wasn't much point in TRYING to develop at the same time I'm quitting cigarettes. I wondered, though, whether perhaps it was the nicotine that helps me focus. Maybe that's one reason why I can't stop fidgeting if I'm not smoking?

Oh well, I'm sure I'll figure it out.

I can't make this point more strongly. For about 95% of new vapers trying to make the transition away from analogs, they need higher nicotine strength NOT lower. Lowering it over time might be fine but for the vast majority when first learning to vape, they need 24mg and some even need 36mg. Considering the brand you smoke, I would suggest you get some 24mg strength liquid.
