Spring collapse !

It's not a good feeling when you hit the fire button and get the burnt electrical smell and your battery becomes a rattle  !
Especially when it's your Woodvill!

The short was, well maybe a little,,kinda,,, mostly my fault caused by a cheap modified clone rba,, yes I know!

I contacted Rob about it since he's normally just setting around like the Maytag man eating egg rolls waiting for something to do.
But I had a new spring and a soldering iron so I decided to try and repair it myself and not interrupt his nap time .
I figured what the heck worst case I could just send Rob most the pieces in a little box and tell him the dog did it?
Anyway got the new spring soldered in a couple hours ago and a new polished brass RM2 on it now.
It's a kickin chicken bad to the bone piece of art again !
