This Should Work, Right?

I did some research on what type of batteries and charger to use for my m16 clone that I ordered. This is what I ordered, and I should SAFELY be able to build coils with .5 ohms resistance and up, correct? I think I could go with even a bit less resistance, but I am really planning on dual coils @ around .8 so I think these should work great. Let me know if there is something I overlooked.

You should be good to go. I personally wont build under 0.8ohm on the 10A CDR batteries since I like a large safety margin.

At 0.5 ohms and 4.2 volts you are using 8.4 amps on a battery rated for 10 amps. What happens as the battery ages and it's capacity goes down and it's internal resistance goes up?

Yeah, that's another question I have. If the batteries max voltage is 4.2v, but is rated at 3.6v what is it's actual output voltage? Like I said, I am not looking to go below .8 or so but I just want to make sure that there is a safe margin involved.

My personal opinion (/Rant) is a regulated VW device with a single battery as I am vaping to replace smoking with a tasty and economical alternative. NOT to blow massive clouds of burnt tasting vapor to intimidate and scare non smokers and non vapors.

When you charge a battery it will initially end up at 4.2 volts. When you use it that voltage will rapidly go down to 3.7 and continue going down at a slower pace. Every battery is different so you need to look at discharge chart for your particular battery.
