Need battery advice for lava tube

I seem to have misplaced my battery.No its not on the charger.I know I will find it but just incase this happens again to me I would like to purchase a spare.My device is called the lava tube.

I managed to find this after some reading on E-cigarette forum.

What does high discharge refer to,is it an IMR? Is it safe to use? Is it protected?
All these new terms are confusing.Please advice

He has a number of them on battery types and safety. I, personally, use an MVP and a VV3, so I'm not at this point in my own vaping journey. He give GREAT advice on mod safety - hope this helps.
