Right but the bank isn't going to continue losing money because you keep using your card in a high risk area. Mine was gotten from an online purchase. BTW they got the people that did mine and many others.
Yup, that's why I use my cards sparingly and only with merchants who I trust.

I have had the same CC, since 1971 and the number was stolen only once in all that time. I have one CC and one DC and that's it.

Smart move. I was using PayPal but we are presently at odds. I'm so angry at why they would take an easy to use site and change it to so complicated that you need a map to use it. Plus half the new site don't work at all. They appologized because it isn't working but the point is the only viable reason I can see for changing it is so people have to pay late fees because the payment they made wasn't really made at all. There's a lot of people already having problems with it.

It has nothing to do with my bank
Then I wouldn't worry.

And actually the bank and customer are the fraud victims because it isn't the banks that are hacked, it's the third party relay between the vendor and bank or the vendor and customer. Next time you swipe a card look at the company name on the machine those companies are what is being hacked. :) Example heartland or veri-phone.

Yeah I got nailed a couple of times....Authorize.net if I remember correctly...Never caught them....even with plane tickets too London purchased....Put the donuts down and wait near the plane....

Last night as I returned home I was detoured by an accident near my house....Details are sketchy....A 21 year old sold too an undercover agent and then took flight...The chase covered 6 miles through neighborhoods the whole way....ended with the kid losing control and smashing into a parked car and two huge pine trees....He was killed instantly....I don't condone the kid's actions but sure as hell ain't siding with the police....Just how many lives were endangered by the pursuit???? Was it worth the kid losing his life???? Protect and serve....my azz.....

That's sad Dee, and I agree about the pursuit.

Evening all! Sorry about your cc Fran.

Depends on what he was selling. How many people lost their lives using what he was selling? I don't agree with those chases either. Had the PoPo took a bit more preperation then there would be no need for a chase. I think many times the cops are worried more about getting another conviction to add to their record than they are any of the peoples lives they endanger.

The kid ended up crashing into a parked car and two pine trees....Good thing no one was in the parked car or coming down the road...The wreck ejected the car's engine....You can plainly see every spot where the engine landed as it flew through the air....Right down the center line for over 50 yards....How would you like to hit that???? Those cops are damn lucky no one else was killed....

LD I gotta agree with you on repect for the police. Never met one yet that didn't look down his or her nose at everybody. They figure they're better than everyone.

5 I couldn't agree more....

Several years back I restored a 69 Chevelle for a local deputy...Never have i seen such arrogance....That cat thought whatever came out of his mouth was gospel...A year or so back while on duty he locked horns with an old friend of mine...that arrogance got his azz beat....my old friend won the battle though...back up arrived and then Piggie Pie....he lost the war....

An example of the deputy's arrogance...I rode with him to give the thumbs up on some parts for the Chevelle...I was also working on a boat that I needed a part for...boat store and Chevelle parts were close to one another so we stopped in...Looking at a boat for sale the fekker said I'd never be able too afford it....well it's sitting at the beach and the ding dang title is in the file cabinet....Hustling Son.....That's what I do....If I want it I will find a way...
