Dee, Katie makes me do the house wash every spring, so I know what you're talking about. The stuff you buy is expensive, and doesn't work worth a poop! But someone told her once that a pressure washer would "ruin the seals" on her double pane windows, so she refuses to hire the job done.

The backside of my house was grungy...I'm gonna use the Mold Armor but the pressure washer is gonna be required...Said it was good on decking so I may just use it up at Mom's and bleach the rest...Things required just to live....Sigh....

Yeah Fran I know....Was hoping to get out of being married to the pressure washer for three days....The new miracle house wash let me down...The deck is mostly clean...I stained it last year...

I'm on gas sniffing duty tonight. Katie went down in the basement and crawled around on her hands and knees around the furnace, smelled gas, and freaked. I went down to inspect, the smell is the very faint exhaust from the burner and not a gas leak, and can only be noticed when you stick your nose right up to the little hole where you can see the burner. Not convincing Katie there is no danger, she made me promise to go down several times tonight to check on it. Tomorrow she'll call the furnace guy, he'll come out and tell her the same thing for a whole lot of money

I applied a second coat of the Mold Armor followed by the pressure washer today....Results are still unimpressive...I've got a gallon of Outdoor Clorox from last year...Gonna give that a go and see if the results are the same....

Let my cousin drop his boat trailer in my yard at the beach last week...He rented a house on the island with a dock but little parking space....The parking space may actually have been quiet ample but he has a big family...Upon his return he caught the neighbor lady trimming away at my tree...The same tree whose branches almost touched her house in an epic ice storm last winter....ALMOST....She told old cuz her crib had been broken into twice recently and the cops said the tree was providing cover....The lowest branch is about 7/8 feet up....couldn't be her privacy fence providing that cover now could it????? Or maybe birds broke in....10 years or so back her ex cut four nice pines in my yard prior too a hurricane....friggin bass turd built a privacy fence that was 12 feet over the line at the worst part...I tried to be nice....obviously that failed....Now I show my true colors..they don't call me El Diablo for nothing....Grab the bull....get the horns....

Avada hearing Aides are crap....$6K crap...That was Mom's last financial decision.I was only alerted after it was too late...Got Mom an appointment at UNC Hospitals tomorrow for a hearing evaluation....She can't hear sheet unless you're trying to talk where she can't hear it...pretty dang skip then....Aunt Gaynelle is going with her....Gotta be at Auntie G's at 9am....Haircut for Dee at 9:30.....before dark I'll lay eyes on that damn tree...That old girl is a Live Oak....native too Southeast NC....A good 60/70 feet and a big old base....Likely a couple of hundred years old...I like it.....don't fekk with it....Shade for days....green all year round....never drops a limb....excellent cover for pretend robbers....Sheesh!!!!!!!!!
