Three months ago when I started vaping, the blu kits and njoy disposables were out in seperate stands by the cashiers at the shops on base here at Pendleton. Recently, they moved them inside the display with the rest of the tobacco products and at some, that meant they were hidden unless you knew where to look. Noticed today that one of the shops moved them back out of the big display case and back on their displays by the cashiers.... more of a store policy than anything? Or noticing a decrease in sales since they were essentially hidden?

My guess is the guy at the register got tired of going to the case to get them and moved them within arms reach so he does not have to get of his .....
Would make sense if they sat down and there was only ine register. And the blu display stand has a separate key they have to find the manager to get....
While I agree CA can make new regulations daily, it sounds like he is talking about shops on a military base. They would not have to adhere to CA regs, only federal regs.
I am thinking it was just the store.
