What's going on at KBV

Hi Guys!

We 1st would like to start off as always by thanking our customers, and the patience you guys have endured during our growing pains :) The site is temporarily down, but has been transferred to the new dedicated server.

There were several reasons for this. KBV was experiencing down time from our server quite often lately. We also take your security VERY seriously behind the scenes and being on a shared server was prohibiting us from being PCI compliant despite the fact that every security measure was in place. We are now proud to announce the fact that KBV is one of the few PCI compliant sites in the industry, as displayed on the site.

We can't be 100% sure that we will be open 24/7 but can assure you that we will do our best and we needed to have an additional merchant account in order to do so. We feel with production we will meet our expectations. We expect to resume business early next week and will keep you updated. We want to offer more options, such as 4 ounce bottles and are going to gradually implement that.

We also changed the logo to no longer reflect an AMEX logo. We applied for, and were approved to accept AMEX but between our merchant account and AMEX the reason we were unable to was passed back and forth between the two despite the fact that we paid a separate additional monthly fee to do so. We are canceling that recurring bill and cutting ties with AMEX. We hope you understand and realize we were not at fault.

I also want to mention we will be adding a phone/answering service as well. There will be additional information added to the site we suggest you read. For instance, I get many requests from people that lost their password and get an error token when requesting a new one. The reason for this is when you receive the new token you are copying an extra space after the token, please be careful to copy and paste the token ONLY and no extra spaces.

Lastly, there may have been some shipping emails that were not received the last few days during the site move, if you didn't receive one and would like one please contact us and we will send you one. Some emails to us may have bounced or not been received as well so if you tried to contact us and have not heard back please try again now.
