I smoked for 39 years (I thought it was 29 years, but I guess I aged without noticing).
1. I had chronic bronchitis. Now I am not coughing., but my throat is a little sore in the morning.
2. First thing in the morning, and when something breaks or goes .... up is when I still want a cig.
3. I haven't turned into any more of a crank than I already am.
4. All the people who complained about my smoking, the smell etc HAVE NOT NOTICED.
5. I am sure there are health risks we don't know about, but inhaling glycerin has to be better than tar++(see 1)
6. I would rather be smoking, but I don't feel deprived and I just didn't want my future to include my very own personal oxygen tank.
7. My kitty w/ asthma is also doing better:oops:

Yes twolf is quite right - drink lots more than you normally would - especially when you are actually vaping (but also at other times) as both PG and VG are humectants and can dry out your mucus membranes if you dont stay hydrated.
Grats on your first week as well - sounds like its all coming together - and dont expect your cig craving to go overnight, you spent many years smoking, give yourself time to adjust to NOT smoking :thumb:
