Mine is loose also, seems like the metal prong on end of cord doesn't fit as tightly as it should, but so far has not caused me any problems. It does seem to be a recurring problem for many.

Hmm. I've opened 12 cartos out of 25, sampling every box I have, and have yet to have a single pre-filled carto taste like anything but the juice that's in it. Only on refilling with 50/50 juice do I get the burnt taste. I ordered a bunch of 70/30 from two different vendors, and have tested all of it. Every single carto works great with the 70/30.
I can say that the 'burnt taste' most definitely can be reproduced with nothing more than 50/50 juice. As I said, all of my pre-filled cartos tasted fine.
I can take an empty, cleaned carto, fill it with 70/30 and vape successfully with no burnt taste, concluding that it's a good carto.
I can clean it again, fill it with 50/50, put it on the same battery, and get instant burnt taste.
Clean it again, fill it with 70/30, and it's a 'good' carto again.
It's the ratio of the juice, at least in my case. I figured this out very early on, when I started refilling all my cartos with 50/50. 70/30 is fantastic, and I have one carto that's been refilled 7 times now, still vaping like it was new.
I'm not discounting that you may have received some bad cartos, just that I have yet to have a new carto taste anything but good, and that the burnt taste I'm getting is only with heavy-VG juices.
Thanks, although I should add that it's not necessarily the VG content alone that causes the problem, but possibly the viscosity of the juice blend.
Now that I've got BWB 555 and Halo Torque 65, I think my search for my Holy Grail of vaping is done. BMF + Halo for all-day vaping, BMF + 555 for when I'm drinking adult beverages or want a bit stronger taste. Lovely all around.

Yes, me too, notice I am unloading juice in the classifieds section. I am throwing in a whole lot more than listed, I just listed the never opened stuff. Halo Torque56 with JL Menthol drops, is perfect. And I have enough BMF Prefilled Menthols to keep me going for a long time as well. I also am liking the TV German Chocolate Cake for that special vape now and then when I just want something different. I just placed another order of BMF Cartomizers yesterday to last me a few months at minimum, and will be ordering some more mini BMF batteries once they are in stock again. So I think I am pretty set until Bloog comes out with a super mini...

Wow, 264 days. Aren't you supposed to own a ProVari and fifteen other huge mods by now? They keep telling me there's no way anyone who has vaping "experience" will stick with something as silly as a KR808-based unit. Shouldn't you be using a box mod that holds at least 6ml of juice? 
Frick, I have been there, done that. I started with a volcano magma, went to tube mods, box mods, and then down (or is it up?) to the BMF, and I am not looking back one bit.
Well, you might want to watch your back. I hear the mod squad can be rough on those who dare to quit the gang.

I've never even seen a mod, so I'll back you up any way I can. The Bloog MaxxFusion is all I use too.
