...I'm so glad I'm not smoking anymore....try not to be annoyed by smokers comments that don't want to know about vaping, still a little freaked about vaping in public, love the new gadgets that are always coming out, love this forum, but most of all knowing that I will never, never smoke again, cus I know how sweet vaping is compared to smoking.
I swear that even tho I was a hard core smoker for almost 40 years, vaping is so much better and I will never light up a cig ever, I just won't!
And also knowing that once a addict always an addict, which we all are, I just hope to have a power supply in the afterlife to plug in my charger for my sweet batt :D

Echo, Echo, Ditto, Ditto. Only thing to add as another 2+ year vaper is the issue of whether to quit altogether or not. My wife reminds me on occasion that "she thought I was using ecig's to quit smoking, when are you going to quit vaping?". My response at first was that I would quit vaping after ramping the nic levels down to 0. This of course hasn't worked, I have only migrated from 24 to 18 for daytime use, and 8 or 11 in the evening. After all this time however, I'm not sure I'm willing to quit vaping; it satisfies all of the cravings of smoking including the oral fixation issues. I am a nervous anxious person, and it really helps me keep my sanity. I still plan to gradually reduce the nic levels, but taking it slow and enjoying the ride. I will confirm what many others have said that after about a year, I no longer feel the urge to borrow an analog from the person smoking next to me, even when drinking alcohol (which was always the deal breaker for me). So for all you newer vapers, hang in there for at least a year - even if you break down and smoke a nasty one, don't despair; it's happened to most of us on several occasions.

One more comment for Plantlvr: Last I heard God has his own ecig design that contains a power source that never requires charging - infinite battery life, whatever voltage you wish, every flavor of nic juice imaginable, and a tank that never requires refilling; it's analogous to Willy Wonka's Everlasting Gobstopper designed especially for us :)

Vape On with your bad selves, JAM OUT!

As a youngster quitter just past two years now, I accept friends' and colleagues' congrats while thinking to myself that quitting cigs was, in fact, way too easy. You nailed my thought as well, Plant: vaping is simply more enjoyable in virtually every way.

Sure, there was a bit of psychological and physiological stuff to work through in the beginning and a few minor challenges along the way, but I remember having more trouble switching to sugarless gum and multi-grain bread some years back. Still, I accept all pats on my back with a proud, humble smile.
