Let me start by saying I'm definitely a menthol fan... I absolutely love all the ones I've tried so far including both the tobacco blends and straight mints/menthol. I was never a menthol analog smoker, but I've gravitated to the menthol carts as my daily vape, maybe due to their dense pulls and strong lung/throat hit, which are similar to a normal cigarette in my opinion.
To me, what seems to be missing, is the "burning" or "ash" taste. The same could be said for the tobacco flavors as well. It sounds gross, and like something I would normally want to avoid... but it might also be really good. I wonder how it could be done?
I could swear that the old Nuports had more of this "ashy" taste than they do now, which is more sweet, IMO. No complaints though, as Nuport is pretty much still my favorite.
Thoughts? Ideas?
