I know they have gotten a bad wrap and frankly I'm just now hearing out about this but would you say that the service now is still the same as it was 6 or so months ago? Are they still supplying that clearcreek liquid or whatever it is? Only reason I ask is because I thought I could get a pretty good deal using a 20% off coupon to come out to $36 for 11 bottles so I was definitely interested. But if they are still doing the same thing today that they were doing 6 months ago then no way would I buy it. Hopefully if there are some recent purchasers of ZB they can weigh in. Also I'm not looking into a month to month subscription with them, I'm really just wanting to try it out once if they have fixed the issues that they had in the past.

I've been using them since Feb and I've never seen that juice you mentioned. Over had no complaints about the service. I'm planning on cancelling it after this box, though as I venturing into DIY....
