Oddi in the South we call that "funk" buildup...:D

edavis, we've got one eGo that's a bit quirky on a thread up, and won't work with one larger beauty collar, but we've got a dozen or so of various mAh eGo's and they work great...

if it was that way from the beginning I'd try for a return/exchange

I got the 2200 mah eGo Mega battery in yesterday works great with all the pro tanks but I wanted something to fire up that humongo Nautilus tank Ive got and it won't work with it :(

I had to scrap one of my ego-t batteries because the threads stripped, and I don't tighten anything
too tight. These threads were scrap from the factory.

When you screw the battery into the charger, just screw it in far enough to make good contact.

The threads in the charger may be damaging the threads in the batteries. I scrapped out my charger as well.

The threads on my battery seem to be wearing out and not threading into my charger.
My battery would slip all the way into the charger and not catch any threads.
