1. 25 Years - 2 PAD peak, 1 PAD avg, started with Newport, ended with American Spirits Blue.
2. vaping 11 days, had my last analog 9 hours after I started. :)
3. Craved a few times over the first 2-3 days. Usually old smoking habit routines. Only one was serious on day two, but 5 min later I was able to overcome.

Now I just crave vaping. When I start to feel low on nic, the vaping starts.

Oh, and once I headed to the door, mind was distracted, and started to put on my shoes... then I realized I was getting ready to go outside to I guess smoke, but then realized I didn't smoke anymore. I didn't want one either, so I reveresed course and just stood there shaking my head -- was purely on autopilot.

Wait till you realize you need a lighter (candle or the likes) and you go dang I don't have one.

1. >20 years, 1.5 packs a day
2. >6 months
3. None really. In the first week I smoked 2-3 cigarettes, mostly out of curiosity. They tasted terrible, and I haven't had one since then. I still have that pack of cigarettes hidden up in my closet. I guess I should throw them out, but maybe I will wait until my 1 year anniversary and have a ceremonial burial or something.

1. About 15 years
2. A little over 2 weeks now
3. I've had a couple of cravings, but I just worked through them. I was outside with some other contractors tonight taking a break, and the smell is actually getting a little powerful. I'm curious to see how they taste after 2 weeks without, but I don't want temptation to overwhelm me and knock me off the wagon.

3. None, I think. My mind occasionally flicks to an image of a paper-rolled cigarette, but it doesn't bother me, I just pick up my vape.... does that count as a craving if it isn't a problem?

*My Sig image says 6 days... guess the programmer doesn't know how to account for February/Leap Years...*

3. I fight cravings every minute of every day. I have quit 3 times previously using various methods and went back @ the 6 month mark all three times. For me the first couple of months are the easiest and gets harder exponentially every day after so I am hoping I can vape through the next month.
