First couple of days kind of tough but none now.
I think it helps once you find the right set up and flavor. This took some time for me. Tried several different flavors till I found the right combo. I started with a over priced 808 cig style than someone put me on to a eGo batt with a boge 2.0 cartomizer. That gave me the throat hit and flavor I was looking for. Finding the right flavor took awhile also. Now I am in heaven!!!!

I just got my first 'real' vaper this week and finally gave up the el-cheapo convenience store glorified 'rechargables'! I got a Volcano Inferno...and love it!

2. 1 Month
3. Had a hard time with "el-cheapo" at first. A battery sometimes would not last as long as the other took to charge, some cartridges were half dried out before I bought them so I never knew how long one would last, flavours selection was terrible. They only had flavours that TASTED like cigs, no wonder I craved cigs. I usually got by on 2 - 4 a day. ... Then I got my eGo 1100 mah passthrough with the Star Dust tank and a good variety of juices. Now I do sometimes crave the nicotine but not a cig. With the passthrough I can plug into the USB and still vape while the battery is charging, even though the battery lasts for more than a day, as well. No more waiting for the charger to give me the "green light" to vape.

This is at least my 20th attempt, although it's not really an attempt to quit at all. There is no pressure to NOT have a cig. It would mean that I got my nicotine a different way, that's all. That being said, when I finally got "the real deal" I had 7 cigs left. If I threw them out, then if I caved I would have to buy a pack. Once I have a pack (from experience) I don't smoke one and throw the rest away, so I packed them carefully in a large pill bottle and taped it shut. If I need one I have one, don't have to go out and buy a pack, not tempted to "bum one" from someone. I have my own! And there they sit. Don't crave them, don't want them. Crave a vape, love the flavours, enjoying life!
My new heroes are canvape and jugheads. Thanks guys, you are saving lives.

HEY...I'M STILL A NEWBIE!!!

1. 28 years
2. A tad over 18 months...see I'm still a newbie.
3. First week was rough but I wouldn't cave. Only cravings I get is if I have a really, really stressful day (and I mean a bad day!) but it's easily warded off.

See?...still a newbie. I learn new things about vaping everyday.

First off i have to say i love the name :D +30 carts to you on that

second:

1. How long did you smoke analogs? 25 years
2. How long have you been vaping? off and on since February so one month
3. Since you've been vaping, approximately how many analog cravings have you had? All the time, sadly and truly have one in my hand right now as i type this

On the edge of insanity..

I feel ya! Although, I'm coming from a pack and a half a day so I feel pretty good about myself! :) My last pack lasted me about a week.

Now...

1. How long did you smoke analogs? 25 years
2. How long have you been vaping? 11 days
3. Since you've been vaping, approximately how many analog cravings have you had? Crave all the time! Had one about an hour ago... :(

2- 3 days
3- cravings all the time (still doing about 7-10 analogs/day...beats the 40/day I'd been smoking for 30+ years)

I use the Excel program to count the ones that I DON'T smoke each day. That way it is a positive! Still amazing progress. Congratulations! To paraphrase a saying from another organization, " we claim progress, rather than perfection".
