I'm am now, this very day, three years tobacco free! I didn't mean to do it, I'm one of those "accidental quitters". It was a 7 week transition and it wasn't always easy, but well worth the effort. There's no way this would have happened without e-cigs. A big thank you goes out to ECF and all the members that helped me along the way to becoming an ex-smoker!

. My biggest problem was finding equipment that would work right and had enough power to overcome a 2 PAD habit. After a hopeless M401 starter kit, a KR808D starter and then a mech mod with TO much power I found a 5 volt box mod I could get along with, for the most part. It was a steep learning curve even then because I hadn't found ECF yet. All that took 4 weeks. Really the last 3 weeks was spent burning up the last 5 packs of cigarettes I had at 5 a day. My way of mentally giving up smoking I guess. When I ran out of cigarettes I thought I'd try not buying any for the day. I've now stretched that day into three years.
