I was a pack a day smoker, now with vaping I'm down to between 2-6 a day depending on the day. I smoke light cigarettes and cape 6mg strength juice.

Even at 6 my throat gets a little sore yet. Idk how people can vape 18mg or more! I do tend to puff more on my ejuice than an analog cigarette , as it is much more enjoyable of course.
Thoughts?
My wife is also trying to quit smoking cigarettes but the Vape bothers her throat more than me.
I'm using mostly 50/50 with a bottom coil tank.

I've been on e-cigs for 11 months now. I know that (depending on ejuice) the throat-hit is DIFFERENT, and in some cases 'catches' your throat, more than 'normal' cigs - IRRESPECTIVE of the nicotine content.
Try different e-juice mixes PG/VG & different brands, until one is easier to vape for you.
...and try not to go puffing like a steam-train (as I did at first) and end-up O-Ding on nicotine! (I had nausea / shakes etc) that I put down to nicotine WITHDRAWAL - I was puffing-away and actually O-Ding on Nicotine!
(I now vape a 50/50 of 6mg & 0mg) & enjoy the vape - I don't need all the nicotine 'hit' :)

I've been on e cigs for around 3 months smoked around 6-10 analogs a day and had a horrible sore throat switched to vaping only 2 weeks ago and I have no more sore throat. but lots here have said drink plenty of water as you may become dehydrated and that can cause a sore throat I vape 18mg strength I like a good throat hit though.
