Throat hit and nicotine level

Does anybody know if it's possible to increase throat hit without any nicotine? How would I do it if it's possible?

Look for juices with PG levels.... rule of thumb VG == Vapor // PG == Favor/throat hit

Most vendors will let you specify how much of each you would like 80pg/20vg ect... (or go 100pg/0vg)
