Throat Hit Coil Builds?

Now I know the title seems misleading.

But I went out on a rampage a couple months back buying 6mg flavors because I thought i wanted to lower my nic level and get to 0mg. Thats not the case I love throat hit and currently will only vape 12mg. Im wondering if there a certain build I could use to get great throat hit to deplete my 6mg stash. I am receiving a Lemo in the mail soon and cant wait to try it out. Let me know if anyone has any experience with this.

using a standard style of atty as in a side inlet hole in the cap, placing your coil above the airhole will give more TH.
Aiming the air at the end of your coil where the wick exits gives more TH, with both of the above options you are making the vape hotter, not having it hitting the coils directly.
But personally if i wanted TH i'd use a StoveTop coil & prob atleast 2, nano coil's laying in cotton would be another option for me, keep it safe but have it hot.

So yeah, as hot a vape as you can do SAFELY really, more air will cool it down so.... ..... GL


EDIT: Oh & do mouth to lung inhales instead of straight to lungs

Yup, air flow relative to the coil will increase or decrease TH, so play with coil placement (height, distance from air intake).

Anyone tried 12mg on an RTA? will it be to much? I do prefer my 12mg

never used one. i started out on 18mg in rda's & now use 3mg, i do like my vape hot, i can quite easily all day vape a single coil in the mephisto with both cyclops fully open, its about as good as it gets, no flavour loss and plenty of TH


Edit: was still vaping 6-9mg till a few weeks back, but sore throat got the better of me i'm not gonna moan... my diy nic juice will last me even longer now heheee about 6x longer

I've read several posts of folks lowering their nic with the kayfun type systems, and your Lemo should be no exception. Load her up with your 12 and you'll soon know if you need to take it down a notch lol.

Well I have a 236ml of 12mg so i kinda dont wanna waste it lol. It works perfect for my Nautilus 1.8OHM coil. Basically what im trying to achieve is mimic the same experience the Nautilus has to the Lemo with throat hit and air draw. Not to much and not little but would rather continue to vape on my 12mg juice. This whole concept is to save money and not buy coils for my aspire. But instead make my own coils because i have plenty of wire and like rebuilding

Any thoughts?

Basically what im trying to achieve is mimic the same experience the Nautilus has to the Lemo with throat hit and air draw. Not to much and not little but would rather continue to vape on my 12mg juice. This whole concept is to save money and not buy coils for my aspire. But instead make my own coils because i have plenty of wire and like rebuilding

Any thoughts?

Installed a 1.1 ohm coil and cant seem to not die with 12mg lol.

I mouth to lung 12 mg in my single coil RDA's and the Flash RTA.
I lung hit at 6 mg.

Lung hitting at 12 mg is a killer TH, but will have me seeing stars !

What are you vaping with?

If you are vaping 6mg on a single coil at 5 watts, just adding a second coil to make a dual coil and vaping at 10 watts, doubles everything.

(Or you can add some 24mg to your 6mg to bumb it up).

Like I said before trying to mimic Nautilus with my 12mg.

Vaping at 1.1 ohm on the Lemo and its still a killer. Might tighten airflow and build a 1.5 ohm coil and see what happens but im trying to stick with my 12mg supply considering i have a 236ml bottle from MBV that i would prefer to use

And mouth to lung is great but just cant seem to find a build or something. Idk this is my first RTA and i just want to be able to use any nic but not die. Felt light headed earlier with the lemo

The lemo is like the kayfun. Like said before the distance between your coil and the air inlet changes your TH. You just have to lift your coil as high as possible in you lemo( kayfun) and you will get more TH. And then all the rest you can do to increase vapor, like lowering your Ohms on the coil or just higher wattage if you're using a variable wattage device. Or why don't you just buy some liquid with no taste but high nic?(like 36mg) and just add that to your juice; problem solved

Vaping with IPV2 typically at 14 watts for my Nautilus 1.8 ohm coils for absolute perfection.

Trying to mimic this great experience and boost my ego by making my own coils in the Lemo lol.

Love 12mg due to the perfect amount of throat hit that increases slowly as i mouth to lung inhale. I currently have a 1.1 ohm that came with the RTA already in and not getting the performance that I want. I have tightened the airflow and that has helped a little but still trying not quite fully there yet.

Have sorta got the hang of the Lemo but getting a burnt cotton taste

For the whole time I've been using rebuildables I've been vaping 12 or 10mg juice, and now I'm vaping down around .2 ohms. Some of my buddy's call me crazy for doing this lol.

A 1.1 Ohm coil you should be able to wick at 14 Watts. If you get a burnt taste with this setting you're using too much cotton. You should be able to move your strand of cotton from left to right through the coil without your IPV falling over. This all in a KF or LEMO of course. People are talking about drippers but this is not what you were asking I believe.

I would say build a coil around 1-1.5 and of course not use to much cotton, then from there adjust the wattage and airflow till you get the TH you want. Also if you didn't know the amount of pg affects the TH of the vape (more pg more TH).
