Unfortunately all the kr808 carts from all vendors have that same Dekang Juice in them and it is harsh.. IMO
Drew at Nhaler.com has empties that wil work on the manual batteries.. I just got some in.
I have come to one conclusion.. these carts KICK ...... but I have found a few solutions that work for me and may help some of you.
#1 Do get some empties and put some quality juice in the carts.. I use nhlare HV I love the stuff as many of you know.. it is not weak, produces tons of vapor, burns better which help the life of these carts and the flavors just blow me away.
#2 A Manual battery.. this helps so you do not have to draw soo hard to get the mouthful of vapor.
#3 The adapter from Vaporcountry.com is a lifesaver! For those of you choking on the carts these make it more bearable. They allow more airflow into the carts and for those of you you who have flush carto's they will work with all KR808 batteries with these adapters.
You can also make a little rubber sleeve with the rubber cap that came on the carts by cutting off tip and sliding over adapter hole to adjust your airflow to your liking!
#4. Get yourself some greencarts
the flavor is not as strong but the company is improving on this and they give tons of warm vapor and a descent throat hit. They are not that bad to refill either.If all else fails you can now get an adapter for the Kr808 so you can out your 510 atty and tips on this battery. I do like my 510 but the battery life on them is no where near the life of the kr808 battery.

What strength are you vaping? The 0 nic and 8 nics have no throat hit to speak of, just warm flavorful vapor. The 11s have a very slight throat hit, and to me the 18's are just right because I do like a bit of a throat hit. The 24's and 36's are too harsh for me usually, although I do use the 24's one in a while...

Am I reading this correctly from nhaler ---KR808D-1 Empty Cartomizers(SINGLES LIMIT OF 5) $2.00 Would = $10.00 for 5 emty carts / $9.00 for 5 filled carts?
Does drews juice have the same base flavor as the carts? I would like to try it if it does'nt have that same tast.
I started out with 24, I do have some 11 on order to try but all the 24 carts I tried (5 flavors) have the same distinct taste to them that I do not like, just me I guess, im not bashing these, just not the taste for me.
Drew juice is NOT same base flavor at all in fact most of his juices are 100%based and made in USA!
His juices especially the HV are very smooth vape and will give you 2x the vapor! They burn better (slower the juice) so this should help preserve the life of of the kr808 carto.. I love the stuff! I am seriously addicted!
As far as the 2.00 per empty carts... Drew specifically did this so that everyone can try one.. he has limited stock right now but more are on the way.. and people may just want to try 1 or 2 of them..and they ARE slotted so will work on ALL model kr808's.
This is my experience with Cartomizer- smoking. When I first got my months ago, It was the same for me the draw was so strong and harsh it would hurt and kind of lead me away from using them. Then I decided to try again, same thing, then I found out for me that I would start off the first thing in the morning trying to use the Cartomizer, Wow couldn't stop that burning throat hit, so next day I vape my regular PV for a little while, picked up the KR and vola no more burning. As a first go to cig its too harsh, I have to vape with my regular PV then come to the Cartomizer then its perfect.
I am using is now on my 5-6volt with the KR adaptor from vapor country, NOW TALK ABOUT VAPOR, WOW, the only way now for me to vape the carts, the smoke is tremendous.
So try that first your other PV for a few minutes to prime your throat then go to your cart, you will have better results.

meh...24 VK cartomizers are just fine for me. Seems like you just don't like a strong throat hit. Just lower the nic.
I'm guessing you've never vaped at 6v if you think cartomizers are strong.

Ok, the 11mg carts are much smoother than the 24s I can vape theese but I was able to vape 36mg on a 510 or janty stick Not complaining I do'nt mind lowering my nic.
I do agree with Andel11, vaping 24mg cartomizers on a passthrough first thing in the morning was like sucking on an active vulcano

It's a good idea -- or you can store them in a cool, dark place like a cabinet or closet. If it's a small quantity that you're using up fairly fast, you don't need to bother.
