throat hit problems taste problems

So... I'm new to vaping, i'm getting throat hit problems...
Yes, im making my own e liquids but i'm getting problems with it. I tought nicotine level is too high but i dropped from high nic level to just 3 nic, i've tried before juices made in shop with low and high nic level but it hadnt so much throat hit as mine...
for example : MBV Thug juice 3 nic 50 50 base is awesome menthol and has good taste,
i got mbv aroma and wanted to make same e juice as they got in their shop, my base was same 50 50 pg vg 3 nic, so i mixed it with aroma but throat hit was so damn high that i couldnt enjoy vape at all. also no menthol feel at all. my sub ohm coil not burned (0,3 ohm) . can anyone teach me to make own e juice and explain how to use that calculator for making own e juice mixes? i tried adding low amount of aroma and then alot but ... nothink good, no menthol or good taste at all, btw i used 3 aromas atm all taste horrible, and forgot to mention i've tried steeping them for 1 week it didn't help. Whats the problem?

2 things contribute to Throat Hit and they are Nicotine and PG in my opinion. First the level and quality of the nicotine can give nasty TH and PG contributes to TH. I am leaning towards it being the nicotine you are using.

I think flavor adds to throat hit a lot and this is important and overlooked. But also a few don't vape right and might want to burn easy. Some flavors don't pop on their own but might add a lot in another mix. I have a theory that the "experts" are good at making it taste smooth, I'm good at making it taste strong and then keep dropping flavor %'s until it's better in a lot of ways. Teasing and clean but plenty of throat hit and bite.

A usual suggestion is try the unflavored base by itself. Also is your mix correct, I find even small changes in PG/VG significant with some flavors. Using a premix with high flavor will push the PG up. Finally, did you shake up the nic base before using?

Welcome and glad you joined. To eliminate the nic factor, suggest you obtain some juice with zero nic and see if that helps. Max. VG would be my next move.

Not so much for the "additive" aspect of it but for many of the other possible factors. I think you will find it worthwhile.

i've bought another base with 30 pg 70 vg 6 nic, and added much move flavor (aroma) to my mix, throat hit just dissapeared ( some throat hit is still here but its enjoyable), idk whats the magic but my friend told me to add more flavor (aroma) to my base and everythink went all good, before i was adding low amount of aroma to my new 30-70 pg vg mix and got alot of throat hit but with more flavor throat hit dissapears... idk whats the magic here

There are many factors that lead to harshness in a mix. Most commonly to much NIC or a poor grade of NIC.

To much PG, harsh flavoring or over flavoring can also cause this but is usually a secondary cause to bad NIC.
