I've started this hobby recently, and I understand the sensation of throat hit, even from my inadequate npro. My question is this; why don't I get a "chest hit," for lack of a better term, that is similar to analog smoking. I enjoy the habit so far but I long for the rush from the lungs that came with analogs.
I just want to understand the mechanism and if there is any current or future product that will give the sensation of the nicotine rush coming from the lungs and not the throat.
I suspect that maybe the nicotine condenses in the throat instead of the lungs because of the lower temperature and that's what causes the sensation, which may be why it feels a lot more similar to a hookah.
Any biologists out there want to give this a go? Am I just crazy, and this actually feels just like an analog with the right equipment? I'm not going back, but right now I see this as the biggest impediment in my equipment recreating the full experience.
