Instead of buying pharmacy grade glycerin, I bought pure vegetable glycerin from whole foods instead

Make sure that the Glycerin you are using is USP grade. It doesn't matter wether it is made from vegetable or animal fat but it must be USP. The USP designation just tells you the purity of the product.

Doesn't say Usp on it but it says 100% pure vegetable glycerin if that makes a diffErance and it's organic. It works well

There is no such thing as 100%. it still contains impurities and wasn't produced as something that can be safely vaporized and inhaled. There are chemicals that can be safely used on you skin or even eaten that will destroy you lungs when inhaled. Diacetyl a natural organic ingredient that gives butter it's buttery flavor is one example. So the words on a label "100% pure organic vegetable glycerin" do not make the product safe for vaping.
