After some sanding even the fire button works and feels pretty good.

The inside:
I used a bullet connector on the 510 so I could remove it to get it out of the way if I wanted to swap out to a DNA30 or something.
I also made a nut since I just used a 510 to 510 adapter I had, plus it make it a little easier to tighten since you can get a wrench on it.
The dna is just held in place with few drops of CA, same with the charger, and I just used tape to hold the screen in place. Again just so it's easy to swap out if I want.
