Ticket #7865085 (DOA Batteries) - 5 days no response!!! BATTERY HELP!!!

It's been 5 days since my initial email about 2 - 901 DOA batteries and no response yet. And yes, I sent email to info@puresmoker.com. This is rediculous no matter how busy you are. I need working batteries.

BTW, does anyone have any ideas how to fix the 901 batteries? Did the intial 12 hr. charge. The only thing I can say is that they light up like normal when you draw but no vapor. And yes, I do know I have a working atomizer and cart filled with juice.

The only thing I can think of that may hint at what's wrong with them is when you screw the batteries off the atomizer, the LED light flashes 10 times (SLOW) (not the fast flash for when the battery is low) indicating the switch cut-off point.

ANY IDEAS???

By blowing into the batt, with your mouth, somehow it helps
to have both batteries die, strange and it could be the charger tooo

Thanks for the advice. I'll try the duster thing. I don't think it's the charger because it charges fine on my other batteries. Plus, I tried other chargers and those DOA batteries still don't charge.

I too have a variety of 901's although I have been told most of all this stuff comes from maybe 2 different factories in China, but who reallly knows

I have been successful using all my chargers with all my diff 901's batts
I have had batteries go out on me much much more than the atomizers
However, and I can't say this LOUD enough, I know all about vaping this stuff, I know NOTHING on how they work

all this praise and talk about good customer BS, not once have I experienced any of it...

everyone knew he was moving long before hand. Delays and issues should be expected.

I will continue to order from PS, but during the downtime of his move and relaunch, I ordered elsewhere to get my products like normal and avoid all the issues.

It seems like alot of you jumped in during this hectic time and expect business as usual. Such a situation with a business is never business as usual and you should know better. Let Steve's jets cool before you decide he is not worthy of his great reputation.

this is the exact same reason i recently returned my penstyle , the battery lit up , and charged but never activated the atomizer. i remember Apostle51 saying that sometimes there are connection issues where the battery , even when screwed all the way down , wont make a connection to the atomizer. Hoping steve just got a bad batch or something.

and i will say that in the past Steve and co have had terrific customer service , recently ... not so much. hopefully things will start to get a lot smoother for them

I am SOO sorry for everyones disappointment w/ PS I have been a huge supporter of them and will continue to be, no matter what
A few things we all should consider
The stuff we all buy from overseas, meaning all the ecigs, cos I do not think any of them are made elsewhere, except mods like the SD
(which is terrific, by the way) Lets remember that the Chinese mfg quality controls have allowed PET FOOD and god knows what else to come into the US completely unchecked and with NO quality controls

Why do we think that a 50 cent item like atoms and batteries are any different. The distributors like PS, DIET and all of them, buy from who and what they THINK is a decent product. They hold their breathes no different then we do, praying this stuff will work I do not think that our suppliers open up these boxes and check to see if this stuff works
Although they all are prepared to refund and accept returns up to a certain date
W/ PS, he is going thru MAJOR growing pains and we all bought into them at the worse time possible. Now, I did buy from PS, however, I was not in a desperate mode. I was buying my backup, so I was not getting crazy over it. I do understand, how we get insane when we do not have our stuff. A jones like nicotine is pretty serious stuff, I get it
But to continue to slam a good standup guy and hiis family, just does not get you anywhere, but more angry and upset
If I could reimburse all of you for your pain I would, If I could send you my stash to help you get thru I would But this forum is getting so negative and mean, that it hurts all of us

Just if possible buy elsewhere, I know PS will stand behind their business and their products
