fatherdano, since you mentioned 'jobsite', I'm going to guess you do not work in an office. Reo Grand/18490/mini are made from a solid block of aluminum and they are practically unbreakable. You can drop them in liquid, step on them, kick them, throw them, etc. and they will not break. If I were you I would call Robert at Reosmods (207-490-9783) and talk with him. He can advise you on what to purchase. He will not try to oversell crap to you that you do not need. If you want to get a Reo (which I highly suggest, have a Grand and Mini 2.0 myself), this will do:
1x Reo Mini 18490 (or get a Grand if you have bigger hands; note the grand takes 18650 batteries instead of 18490)
3x AW IMR 18490 (18500) 3.7V 1100 mah AW IMR 18490 batteries
1x - Xtar MP2 II battery charger
Purchase a spare spring, and a few extra 3ml bottles for the Reo Mini 2.0 as well (6ml bottles if you get the Grand).
For juice I can recommend Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes, USA made E Juice, and Accessories as their prices are reasonable and flavors are reportedly very good. Start out with 18mg or 24mg nicotine liquid.
Beyond that you will need atomizers. I suggest talking to the guy you spoke with at your jobsite to see what ohm atomizers he was using. I find 1.5 ohm atomizers to produce vapor that is too hot (literally, burns the back of my throat), and prefer 2.5 ohm atomizers.
LR510 Low Resistance Atomizer 2.0 ohm (Cisco Spec) - Avid Vaper are regarded as some of the best atomizers. Add a few drip tips as well 510 Transparent Drip Tips
