For anyone thinking the wait has been long, there's a t-shirt contest that (IIRC) ended weeks ago and no outcome was ever posted. Heck, AFAIK people are still submitting entries with no (new) end in sight.

People running contests are allowed to do so as they choose. As someone who wants free stuff :D I'd rather wait and still have a chance than never had entered! This contest was a little delayed starting (certainly no biggie) because Sir_L was swamped and then extended a day (due to Sir_L being swamped), so my guess is the official winner announcement is also delayed due to "swampness" (is that a word?). No biggie to me, I'm just glad to see him so busy as that means he's selling product and making money. That money made is what allows for contests like this one, AND is what keep good vendors around long term.

I hope he stays swamped for weeks (and anyone who's tired of waiting, if you consider your odds of winning are something like 250 to 1, it's safe to go ahead and realize you didn't win, and then if by luck you do it'll just be a happy bonus surprise!). :D

Dear Mr. Root,
Your previous post was excruciatingly close to correct! All of the "words" are correct, but please work on your grammar. I do believe it would be bark pant bark pant grrrrrr woff pant arfff(yes there should be a 3rd f in this one!)
There was an upgrade to the bark-later 2000. Please updated your program to the bark-a-later 2000.2.0.1.5 LOL!!
