Tiny bubbles forming on plastic surfaces

I vape in a room in my house. I am noticing, on flat plastic surfaces, there are tiny, maybe 1mm diameter, bubbles forming. I am assuming this is from vaping. I have found them on my mini blinds, on the top of my printer, on the top of plastic gum canisters and other flat plastic surfaces in this room. I have seen them no where else in my home. When pressure is applied to these bubbles they smear as if made of liquid. They are very easy to clean and never leave a mark or residue.

Has anyone else seen or heard of this before?

Yeah I had e-liquid condense on the wood behind my monitor due to Humidity in the air from the rainy dreary weather. I also notice the whitish film on my vehicle windows. Now I have found two solutions which are......

1. Vape less -> NOT Going to happen

2. Clean windows more often -> Not my favorite pastime but I hate dirty windows~! LMAO

I have to wash my kitchen table at east once a week. These tiny little bubbles conspire against me and form big-ish nasty gooey spots. Hot water dissolves it and it washes off quite easily.

Still better then nicotine which is more like a sap or tar (duh, LOL) in that it wont budge without some sort of petrol/alcohol based cleaner.
