Ok, so I have only been vaping for 1 1/2 weeks, so I may be full of it with this, and immediately gravitated towards dripping as it is so much easier.

Well I discovered something that may help others new to dripping.

Don't put in to much liquid!

From what I had read here on ECF, the recommended number of drops is 3 with the max being 4. Well, for me at least on my 510 and eGo, 3 drops floods the atty and you end up with liquid at the battery which causes poor operation.

I recommend any new drippers start with 2 drops and see how it goes.

For me it depends on how far down I go with the existing drops.

I usually put three drops in, when I have a good idea where I'm at.
If I don't really have any clue where I'm at, I might go with two drops to be safe.

And if I get all the way down to dry atomizer taste, I often will put in four drops.

And it also depends how long I intend to let the drops settle before taking a drag.
I guess I look at the entire dripping thing as kind of an art form.
