I just read about this tip for storing photographic developer that gave me an "aha moment" about storing nic base. From info I've read on here, you want to minimize the amount of air that's in the bottle when you store it. However, this is difficult to do when you're using small amounts of liquid at a time. Here's the tip: add glass marbles to the liquid to compensate for the amount that was used. Of course, you'd want to boil the marbles first to sterilize them. Simple!

Of course, this would also work for larger bottles of juice.

It was discussed multiple times on DIY forum (you may want to search).
I short form:
Use dark bottles (nic is sensitive to light).
Fill bottles pretty tight (just a bit of air in). Nicotine does not like oxygen; oxygen can slowly penetrate in plastic bottles – again, use glass.
Store in a freezer. Take all needed precautions to prevent spill/misuse of nic: 100 mg nicotine is a poison!

and use poly cone lids to keep condensation out and provides a tighter seal , as for the marbles if not careful when removing more nic may cause more of a mess than a solution but if it works for you then do it , i have several large bottles of nic for storage but when it comes time to open one i have enough cobalt 30ml bottles to empty my large bottle of nic into that all go back to the freezer until i need another 30ml bottle
