Tipping the mail man? Haha

I think I literally have 7 different mailmen a year minimum. For years now it's like a constantly rotating lineup.

I'm actually a good tipper and I've done stuff like tip people at Christmas like the garbage man, who I guess ironically change as well, but I've never really thought to tip the mailman just throughout the year for doing their job.

I mean this is a person with a good paying government job with excellent benefits, not the food delivery guy who works for and lives off tips or a mover where it's customary to give a little something cause they're lifting all types of heavy stuff.

Eh, IDK, struck me as odd.

How would one even go about tipping the mailman? Stock your mailbox and run out as soon as the mail shows up and hand him a wad of cash? Perhaps just leave a bunch of money in the box? LOL.

I cloud see this if you live out in a rural area where you are not in a multi-block neighborhood, as the mailman relationship would likely be more personal.
