So I ordered my first tank from Vaperfexion. Pro-V with a pyrex tube and stainless drip tip(if you have a Provari you need this tank). So after stalking the mailman it showed up on Saturday morning. I take it out of the packaging and using my fat fingers and finesse of a grizzly bear, I break the tube. A single tear falls from my eye. I decide I need to get another tube ordered ASAP, thinking I'll go plastic this time, because ya know, the whole fingers and bear thing. I shoot an e-mail to customer service to ask if I need different o-rings for the plastic tube and long story short Tom gives me some pointers on how not to break the thing and offers to send me a pyrex tube, a plastic tube and a set of o-rings....FOR FREE! Not only do they carry the perfect tank for my Provari but they have top notch customer service. Thanks again Tom for your generosity. Keep up the great work and keep providing those sweet tanks.
