Thats my goal, i don't want to quit vaping all together, but i don't want to rely on it like i did with smoking and currently do with vaping. Luckily a B&M just opened up a week ago in my town that does made to order juices, and they have the best juice out of any of my local B&M so its a win, win haha. Thanks for the advice

Hey everyone, i've been smoke free since oct 26th and ive worked my way down to 6mg juice. As i become more comfortable with the 6, I keep pondering on trying to kick the nicotine completely, as i do not want to use it as a crutch any longer. Anyone have any tips for finally making the switch? Thanks in advance!

What I did was reduce the nic by about 2 mg a month. I would vape a bit more after a change for about a week and then acclimatize over the next couple of weeks. I've been nic free almost 2 years now except for the once every couple of weeks when I feel like vaping a tank of 2 mg. I find I can do that without getting addicted to it at all again.

I'll tell you what works for me every time I quit, yea I know. Stay up for about twenty four hours, you'll be really tired, go to bed, sleep for about twelve hours. When you wake up Don't Smoke... Anything. It will be tough for a day but after a day you'll find your cravings will have dropped off to almost none. Now, if you get a craving, it will only last a few minutes, tough it out. By the third day you're free. But remember, no smoking, Anything. Worked for me, will work for me again.

It takes time. Don't try to rush it. I have been vaping for 2 years and started out at 18 mg and now down to 3 mg. I no longer have cravings at all even with 3 mg.

I vape cause I want to...not because I have too. I strongly believe that nic wasn't the main addictive substance in cigarettes because even when I started vaping I had cravings that first month...

I've quit nicotine a few times but I'm using it again now. It seems like the cravings only last a couple of days. So if you can get passed those couple days of cravings you should be in the clear. I know for me getting passed those cravings in the beginning is just the start. Then I have to make sure when I get in a stressful situation I don't pick up any nicotine. Watch out for triggers is basically what I'm saying.
