Tired of filling cartos..help!

Help! I am so tired of refilling these cartos and they aren't even lasting a day so I need something to remedy this. I use the KR808D batteries and I need to know is there anything I can buy that can allow me to pour juice into it and just screw it on this battery, if so please tell me what it is. I have seen a few different starter kits with different systems but i'm very comfortable with the type of battery i'm using because it feels like a real cigerette but this cleaning and refilling cartos is getting to be a bit much, plus it seems like lately all my smoke is tasting burnt after a few hard pulls, no matter what flavor I use. Especially if i'm smoking on my passthrough, not sure whats causing this I guess it's getting to hot and the juice is burning. I don't know..can someone please help me out!!

You are experiencing the limitations of the cigarette-sized batteries. I understand the comfort level you have with that size of battery, but understand you are limited by that size factor (liquid capacity) of what can be put on top of the batteries to carry and vaporize the juice.

An alternative to cartomizers are the Nano clearomizers. These are clear so that you can see the level of your juice and not inadvertantly burn the filler like you can with cartomizers when the juice gets too low. These are filled by simply removing the mouthpiece and dripping in your e-liquid, taking care to not get liquid in the center air hole. These last approximately the same length of time as a cartomizer in use -- 2-3 weeks. It may be time to move up to the mid-size batteries such as eGo or Smokeless Image X2 passthru batteries. Ego batteries use a 510 thread so you'd need to purchase new juice carrying devices. Herm, I dunno much about 808's. I am unaware of ANYTHING taht will fit on an analog style battery as far as a tank goes Sticking with the analog style and size battery will completely limit your possibilities,. Dont' feel bad or alone. Most of us started with the analog style. IF there is a vape shop near you, and it looks like your in LA so there is, then go take a gander at it. You might find something there you can live with. If it's too spendy, you can check an online vendor for whatever you liked at the shop.

If you want to stay small, try the eRoll. You will have to switch carts out but they are easy to fill and easy to see when they are empty.

Another vote for the nano Clearomizers- made specifically for the pen style PVs. Although your PV is an 808, Nano Clearos work so well most vendors are sold out of the 510 threaded Nano 2.2 ohms clearo.

if you like the taste of a carto over a wick system, then you may want to check out some artemis tanks. however, i am not completely sure if they use an 808 thread. i know at our local shop they have some adapters that allow you to switch from 808 to 510. IMO, the 510 systems are the way to go if you want versatility in your vaping arsenal.

I imagine a small 808 carto holds maybe 1ml or less. If you smoked a pack a day one carto is not going to be near enuf.

If you're not vaping more than a carto or two- why not get the Pre-Filled ones?

Smokeless Image also has a XL carto...just like a carto only a little longer (50mm vs 35mm) and holds 50% more liquid.

The passthru is a higher voltage 5V vs 4.2-3.7v on the standard batteries. You need a high resistance cartomizer for the passthru to prevent the burning. Look for 3.0 ohm caromizers like the V4l Coolcarts or the Boge 3.0s

thanks so much for this info, it explains why i've been having so many burning cartos i'm using this passthrough with the wrong cartos! I do get better longevity with my cartos using my batteries than the passthrough the cartos last longer and rarely burn. but my two batteries are just about dead, one won't work anymore and the other one is dying after a few hours. I just ordered 4 more 808 batteries from health cabin and i'm waiting for those. The larger cartos someone mentioned sounds like a good idea as well as the adjustable battery. Someone mentioned prefilled cartos but i don't like any of those flavors. My daily vape is caramel machi. hazelnut and i just refill my cartos with that. I love the stuff!

Oops, didn't think of the 5v passthroughs. Vapenqueen- are you using the 5v 0r 3.7v passthroughs?

I don't know the voltage of my passthrough. I got it from v4l its an automatic oñe

Your V4L pass thru is supposed to be about 3.7v, but I've found mine runs a bit higher.
