Tired of reading threads that bash gotvapes.

Amen to that one. Just had to drop 65 on DIY and my carto's are in a need to be replenished. My wife's going to kill me. At least I don't need anything just yet and I can get some of the goodies coming out. Plus my fluxos of course
I have 3 other vendors I order from, but GV is my only source for cartomizers, and has been since the early days of Fluxomizers.
Can't speak about customer support (other than shipping), because I've never had to use it. That's the best kind of customer support, IMO.

I have used a lot of vendors, but have settled on GV as my equipment vendor of choice. They always have what I need, and their prices are fair. Not ALWAYS the cheapest on EVERYTHING, but fair.
The thing I appreciate the most is the service. Not just the super-fast shipping, but the help Chris and Dan give here on the site as well as I have NEVER had one of them get annoyed with me if I pm'd a stupid question.
Not everything I have ever ordered has been perfect, but they have always made an effort to make it right.
And the coolest thing is that they come on here and LISTEN to their customers about changes we would like to see in products, and they actually ACT on those suggestions. I like participating in the process of "making the vaping world better".

I'm totally with Danno on this issue......check out ObamaCare........chips???? Mark of the Beast folks...... I'm totally ...... as I am eligible for Medicare in a few months.......but no chip for me!!!

I am always willing to pay more for good customer service, not even 5-10% more I have paid upwards for 20-30% more for the same product, just because I knew the vendor, they always treated me well and with respect, and they actually appreciate my business.
Vapure for example, I live 15 miles from them and everytime I go down there I get excellent customer svc, helpful hints and tricks and good conversation. Yes there prices are a little higher but I know for a fact its all US made liquid and I wouldn't trade it for nothing.
We shall see about GV! I have my first 10 PBC in my hand right now! 30min from first try--I made 3 orders over the weekend and GV got my stuff here fast and first! I saw on forum they were a bit more expensive, but went with them because of rep. As the OP said, sometimes it's not just price -- look at my SI negative post. It's about quality and rep. The PBCs seem awesome and I can hardly wait the 30min to try one... GL GV hope to see you soon for more orders...!
I think that GotVapes is a true customer oriented company.I have seen them take a product with good potential and thru working with the manufactures make a stellar product. I also do not believe they charge a $1 or $2 more for their products.
I think what you will see though is other vendors charging less to try and capitalize on GotVapes success and charge less to lure customers away. I stay with Gotvapes because I know how they approach the products they purchase and that fits with my preferences.I'll stick with a winner.
P.S. Anytime I have had a bad product from GotVapes due to poor quality control or manufacturing they have replaced it without any problems.

I've found lower prices elsewhere on some items, but I will be buying here when I can.
I followed the Vivi Nova saga, and was very impressed with the dedication of the GotVapes team in bringing it to it's current version, which also improved the rebuildable stardust line. A supplier that shows that much dedication to their customers and their products is worth supporting even when other suppliers that simply took advantage of the work GotVapes has done are offering the same product for less.
I'd like to see you guys as a healthy thriving company, because I as a customer will benefit from that, so when I part with my hard earned dollars, this will be the first place I will look to make my purchases.
I will be purchasing more of the rebuildable stardust line, and am looking forward to getting the mini nova when it comes in.

Why so much? I usually only need to resupply flavorings since I have enough pg & vg for at least a yr.
That was for 1000ml of 50/50 and 250 ml of nic with some flavorings and 3 glass dropper bottles and other bottles for mixing. Should be about 6 to 7 months of juice. Its the flavorings that get the price up there, especially cappellas but they are so good. Got some banana split to try this time.
